Your data, protected by design
Only what is needed, companies see you only when you choose to apply, and you can delete it yourself any time.

Only what matching and a call back need
- What we ask — E-mail, name, nickname, mobile number, province, right to work in Thailand, work history with responsibilities, education, skills, languages, licences / certificates, driving, a short summary, when you can start, portfolio links (optional), job goals and resumes, a rounded location (if you share it)
- What we never ask or keep — ID number, birth date or age, gender, religion, marital status, health, criminal record, photo, current pay — please leave them out of your resume too
Companies see you only when you apply
- You — See and edit everything in your account; block companies, delete the account, withdraw applications
- Companies before you apply — Only a rough count of people a job fits (below 5, no number) — never who · if you turn on "let companies invite me", companies with fitting jobs see a card without your name and may invite you
- Companies after you apply — Name, e-mail, phone, your profile (history, skills, languages, certificates, summary), answers and a copy of the resume you applied with, as of that day — never your other goals
- Companies you blocked — Can't see you at all, and their jobs don't show to you
Kept as long as needed, then erased
- You delete your account — Profile, goals and resumes are erased at once
- You withdraw — The application, resume and answers are erased at once (before you are hired)
- Not selected — Data and resume are erased automatically within 6 months
- Unused for 12 months — A warning e-mail; not back within 30 days = the account is deleted
Optional cookies are your choice
- Our own visit counts use no cookies — Visitors are counted on the server with a code that changes every day and can't be turned back into an IP — no tracking cookies
- Analytics cookies (if you accept) — If you accept analytics cookies, the general pages (not your account, sign-in or application pages) load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to show us where visitors come from and which pages they use, using cookies and information about your device. Google processes this as our service provider and may store it on servers outside Thailand. Reject = nothing loads. Change it any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page
- Ads — JobsConnext' own ads use no cookies. Google AdSense ads (which use Google's cookies) appear only if you accept advertising cookies; change it any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page
Helping companies follow the law
- A notice before every application — Applicants read the notice in that company's name before sending (PDPA s.23); the version and time are kept
- Applicants added by HR are told — People from other job sites or walk-ins get an e-mail under PDPA s.25 with a link to erase their data
- No discrimination — Post wording checked under the Labour Protection Act s.15 and the Gender Equality Act; the system never scores or screens applicants out
- Each company's data kept apart — Applicants of each company are separated down to the database, open only to people with that company's recruitment permission
- Resumes through temporary links — Resume files open through links that expire — no permanent links

Questions about privacy
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time on your profile page. Your profile, goals and resumes are erased at once; applications already sent stay with each company under its own rules and can be withdrawn from the link in the confirmation e-mail. Accounts unused for 12 months get a warning e-mail and are deleted 30 days later.
How long are applications kept?
People not selected have their data and resume erased automatically within 6 months; for people hired it becomes part of their employee record. Applicants can withdraw and erase their data themselves before they are hired.
Who controls my data?
Your job-seeker account: JobsConnext (AImpress Solution Co., Ltd.). Once you apply, the company you applied to controls that application, with HRConnext storing and processing it for the company.
