What is JobsConnext?
JobsConnext is an HRConnext service with two parts: a job board that picks the jobs that fit a job seeker's goals, and an applicant tracking system (ATS) for companies using HRConnext — hiring requests, job posts, applications, interviews and hiring. It is provided by AImpress Solution Co., Ltd.
Do job seekers pay anything?
No. JobsConnext is always free for job seekers — signing up, setting goals, attaching resumes and applying.
How does a company use JobsConnext, and what does it cost?
Recruiting is included in every HRConnext plan at no extra cost. Open it from the profile menu in app.hrconnext.com, or sign in at jobs.hrconnext.com/login with your HR e-mail. Plans are on hrconnext.com/pricing. A company not yet on HRConnext can sign up at jobs.hrconnext.com/login — 14 days free, and JobsConnext keeps working afterwards.
When does a company see my details?
Only when you apply to that company, and only the resume of the goal you applied with — never your other goals. Before that, a company only sees a rough count of people its job fits, not who they are.
How are jobs picked for me?
A job must first pass your conditions (distance or remote, kind of work, lowest pay, shifts, weekends, blocked companies). It then gets a 0–100 score: occupation 35%, meaning of your goal and resume 25%, pay 15%, distance 10%, experience level 10% and skills 5%. Jobs from 55 are shown, with the reasons.
Will my current employer know I'm looking?
No. If you block that company, its jobs don't show to you and it can't see you. Job-seeker accounts are completely separate from employee accounts in HRConnext.
How many resumes can I attach?
You can set 5 job goals, each with its own resume (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB). When you apply, the company gets a copy of that resume as it is that day.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your e-mail and a 6-digit code sent to it each time.
How old do I need to be?
The service is for people aged 18 or over.
Can I withdraw an application?
Yes, through the link in the confirmation e-mail or under "My jobs". The application, resume and answers are erased at once, as long as you haven't been hired.
Is age or gender used to pick jobs?
No. Age, gender, religion, marital status, health and criminal records are never asked for or stored, so they can't be used. Resumes are read only to help matching — never to score or screen you out.
Why don't some jobs show?
The job may fail a goal's conditions (too far, wrong kind of work, pay more than 10% under your minimum, shifts or weekends you don't take), score under 55, require something you don't have, or you already applied to, saved or skipped it.
Do skipped jobs come back?
Skipped jobs stay away for 30 days. Saved jobs are under "My jobs › Saved", and jobs you applied to don't come back to the feed.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time on your profile page. Your profile, goals and resumes are erased at once; applications already sent stay with each company under its own rules and can be withdrawn from the link in the confirmation e-mail. Accounts unused for 12 months get a warning e-mail and are deleted 30 days later.
How long are applications kept?
People not selected have their data and resume erased automatically within 6 months; for people hired it becomes part of their employee record. Applicants can withdraw and erase their data themselves before they are hired.
Who controls my data?
Your job-seeker account: JobsConnext (AImpress Solution Co., Ltd.). Once you apply, the company you applied to controls that application, with HRConnext storing and processing it for the company.
Can a company not on HRConnext post jobs?
Yes. Sign up a company at jobs.hrconnext.com/login with your e-mail: you get an HRConnext account free for 14 days and JobsConnext at once. After the 14 days JobsConnext keeps working; HRConnext's HR features continue with a plan.
Does posting cost anything, and what are tokens for?
Posting is always free. Tokens promote a post so more people it fits see it, 4 ways: boost, an "Urgent" badge, an e-mail to matching seekers, and a featured spot in the province. A promoted post must still pass the seeker's conditions and minimum score like any other. Tokens are bought by card with a tax invoice.
Do posts from a company that signed up on JobsConnext go live at once?
The team first checks the tax ID against the company name. Meanwhile you create and publish posts as usual; they go live once the check passes and we e-mail you. Later posts go live straight away.
Where can applicants come from?
Your careers page (links and QR codes per channel, such as a branch or Facebook), the jobs board, friends referred by your staff, and applicants HR adds by hand or imports from Excel — all in one list with their channel.
Can companies see job seekers who haven't applied?
No. Companies see only a rough count of job seekers a job fits ("fewer than 5" below 5), and see a person only when they apply.
How does it help with labour law and the PDPA?
Job posts are checked for discriminating words before publishing (Labour Protection Act s.15 and the Gender Equality Act), applicants always see a privacy notice before sending, applicants HR adds are notified under PDPA s.25, and people not selected are erased automatically within 6 months.
Does AI screen applicants?
No — people always decide. Next only reads a resume to fill in name, e-mail and phone and write a short summary; it never scores or screens anyone out. Available to companies with NextAI on.
Do we type a new hire in again?
No. Press hire and HRConnext creates the new employee with probation, an onboarding checklist and the resume in their documents.
