Everything you need while job hunting
- Up to 5 job goals — Each with its job, occupation, experience level, provinces (up to 5), distance, lowest pay, kind of work, skills, and no shifts or weekends if you like
- A resume per goal — A PDF or Word file up to 5 MB per goal; every application sends the resume that suits that job. No resume? Apply with your profile
- The reasons it fits — Every job has a fit score and reasons — same occupation, pay in range, about 12 km away
- Swipe on your phone, apply in one tap — Swipe right to apply, left to skip (say why if you like), or save for later; on a computer, a list beside the details
- Follow every application — Sent, viewed by the company, interview or offer, and the result — withdraw it yourself before you are hired
- New-job e-mails + saved searches — Daily or weekly (Mondays), only new jobs that fit your goals, up to 5 per e-mail; save up to 10 searches, see a "new" badge and get e-mailed when new jobs match; turn them off any time

Know every step — no more waiting in the dark
Every application shows 4-step progress under "My jobs", and each comes with a confirmation e-mail and a withdraw link.
- Sent — the company has your application and a copy of the resume
- Viewed — HR opened your application
- Interview / offer — the company invited you or sent an offer
- Result — hired, or not selected
Only what is needed
Used to match jobs and, when you apply, for the company to get back to you
- What we ask — Name, nickname, mobile number, province, right to work in Thailand, work history, education, languages, licences, driving
- What we never ask — ID number, birth date or age, gender, religion, marital status, health, criminal record, current pay
- Location (optional) — Share it for better distances; kept rounded to about 1 km and removable any time; otherwise the province centre is used
Questions from job seekers
Will my current employer know I'm looking?
No. If you block that company, its jobs don't show to you and it can't see you. Job-seeker accounts are completely separate from employee accounts in HRConnext.
How many resumes can I attach?
You can set 5 job goals, each with its own resume (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB). When you apply, the company gets a copy of that resume as it is that day.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your e-mail and a 6-digit code sent to it each time.
How old do I need to be?
The service is for people aged 18 or over.
Can I withdraw an application?
Yes, through the link in the confirmation e-mail or under "My jobs". The application, resume and answers are erased at once, as long as you haven't been hired.
